Is this How You do Cardio ?
BEER DRINKING CARDIO - 4 beers/hr - 452 cal/hr
i.e.: Get up from couch 5 cal (Stretching)
Jog to fridge 10 (Cardio)
Open fridge 2 (Strength)
Remove beer 3 (Stretching and strength)
Open beer 2 (Strength)
Pour beer 5 (Strength)
Walk to couch 5 (Cardio)
Sit down 3 (Stretching)
Drink beer 50 (Hydration)
Get up from couch 5 (Stretching)
Jog to washroom 10 (Cardio)
Jog back to couch 10 (Cardio)
Sit down 3 (Stretching)
This adds up to 113 calories. Repeat three times per hour.
Each person will have to adjust this schedule for his or her own circumstances e.g type and size of beer, distance to fridge, weight of beer glass etc.
AND YOU WONDER WHY YOU CAN'T GET RID OF YOUR BIG BELLY !
